From start to finish service was excellent! From the initial phone call I spoke with a very knowledgeable customer service advisor who helped explain packages, processes and pricing. It was refreshing to actually speak with a rep who was not scripted and listened to my unique needs. We scheduled an appointment only a few days out and our technician (I don’t want to say his name as Google flags personalized reviews) was excellent. He was very detailed, respectful around furniture and explained what he was doing. He then completed our exterior service and termite bait trap installation. He was clean, efficient and fairly quick. I am very pleased with every step so far and highly recommend using them!
Home Grey did my pre-move inspection and is now my preferred pest control company! Extremely nice, very professional and thorough. George & Koby were great. Thank you for everything! Military friendly and reasonable prices!
Dakota was awesome and did an awesome job this last time around. She rang the doorbell and asked if we had issues with them inside and did an additional spray around the house just to be sure. Since we've been with Grey we have seen fewer and fewer bugs. We live with a preserve behind a house so it's hard to keep them out but they do good work.
This experience across the board was so wonderful. First spoke with George and he was clear and kind in his information he provided over the phone before anything was even scheduled. Kevin and Tyler came out and performed all of our work and were professional, kind, and very informative. This company know’s their stuff and we are very happy that we went not only local, but with people who care about their customers and their experiences. If you’re looking for people who want to support their people - both customers and employees, this is the way to go!!
The tech communicated very well and provided pre and post details of their visit. My initial experience with Gray Pest Control has been fantastic. Keep up the good work!
