This post is made in May 2026. This day and age most people use words too often that the actual true meaning is watered down. Please, this review doesn't mince words. Take them at Oxford dictionary meaning. That being said, let me begin: Graze Craze serves f-r-e-s-h charcuterie boards/boxes like you probably would not expect. I've had a couple of different companies versions to compare to. Amazon, Swiss Colony, Publix, SAM'S Club and 3 differ restaurants in Jacksonville. Graze Craze simply moved the bar past them in freshness. I eat carrots often and I get Brie cheese at places like Fresh Market or Publix. Every single individual item group and every single item in said group was refreshingly delicious. Of the 10 carrots, each slice, of all the grapes, every single graph. I mean this was the greatest experience you can have with Charcuterie you can get. You can build your own box, choose from their pre-designed boxes. They drive and can bring big platters for family gatherings. I met Sunshine, the owner of this location. Where has such a good heart. If you stop by, they even have ice cream you can enjoy while you're there. Try this place. You won't be disappointed.
We’ve used Graze Craze to cater three sessions of the SBDC Clay County office’s AI Small Group Workshops, and the charcuterie boards have been a hit every time. Compared to the usual workshop catering (bags of chips, a tray of cold sandwiches), having a real spread made a noticeable difference in how people engaged during breaks. The boards were well-balanced, generously portioned, and clearly put together with care. Ordering was easy for all three sessions and ready to go when I arrived for pick-up. If you’re planning a workshop, meeting, or small event, this is a significant upgrade from standard catering. We’ll be ordering again for future sessions.
Graze Craze’s brunch board is the perfect meeting set up. Even with the meeting getting delayed by a day - the board was sealed and stayed fresh for the following day. If we had ordered regular catering this would have not been the same situation. Highly recommend!!! Sunshine was also wonderful to work with. Thanks so much! The Swanson Fire Protection team
Had the best charcuterie for our wedding shower! Ms. Sunshine definitely knows how to put together a fabulous charcuterie board. She was so easy & fun to work with! Will definitely be using her again!
I highly recommend using Graze Craze. They did an amazing job on a charcuterie board that I ordered As a gift for someone and it turned out amazing! They were able to customize it the way that I asked and also delivered! Very efficient And went above and beyond to make a customer happy! I will definitely be calling them again for future orders
