Excellent experience! Everyone was very friendly and clearly explained my dental needs and treatment options. I don’t understand the negative comments when they’re simply giving you a professional opinion and explaining the costs. That’s not manipulation—it’s just doing their job. I highly recommend them! 🦷✨

Went in for new patient appt. Arrived at 8:40 and appt was at 9:30. I did their joke of a new patient page- not packet. They never called me back. Waited til after 10 and finally left. Never waste my time again.

The team at the clinic is great—everything is clean and organized—and Dr. Paez is spectacular: very professional and kind to his patients. Plus, the work he did on my molars was excellent.

This location is poorly managed, tries to upsell unnecessary services, and does not respect their hours of operation, their appointments, or their parents time. During my first cleaning, I was very insistently pushed to purchase a “softening gel” to supposedly make the cleaning easier. Thankfully, the hygienist I later saw was honest and told me I didn’t need it. My most recent appointment was booked 41 days in advance. The Friday before my Monday appointment, they called to confirm it, then called again later the same day just after 2:30 to cancel because they had double booked me and said the appointment before mine would take longer than expected while telling me the dentist had already left, this was an nearly an hour before closing. I had already arranged PTO and scheduled another appointment around this visit, so this was extremely disruptive. When I called back 10 minutes later to reschedule, my calls went unanswered and I never received a callback despite our previous conversation and there still being around 45 minutes prior to their posted close of business. I don’t blame the front desk staff, I believe this reflects poor management and scheduling practices. I won’t be returning.
