Greg Phillips & Co

Since beginning training with Coach Greg my son has grown on and off the field. First off his overall agility and quickness has improved a great deal which in turn has boosted his confidence within his self and his abilities. Coach Greg runs a great program that can be tailored to specific athletes and their respective sports but his training is just part of the experience. His messages to his athletes inspire and challenge to become better athletes and better humans. Since my son has started with Coach Greg we have noticed a major change in him off the field as well. He is confident but not cocky, and his overall attitude and outlook on things has improved dramatically. My wife and I cannot recommend Coach Greg enough. If you have an athlete you are wanting help with this is the guy! Thank you Coach Greg for always challenging, inspiring, and helping our son achieve his goals. Lee Lawson

Coach Greg is the real deal! Since starting training, our son has improved his overall conditioning and speed. More importantly, he is always excited to attend class. Coach Greg genuinely cares about each kid as both a growing athlete and an individual. His ability to connect with kids and help them on their unique paths is truly remarkable. Our family is so grateful for the recommendation to work with him. If you are considering his coaching, don't wait!

Although Coach Greg leads an agility program, we originally started working with him for mental toughness and training for our 9-year-old—and we couldn't be happier. He is such an amazing role model for young athletes, showing up every session with unwavering dedication to each child's individual growth. He knows how to challenge them and build their resilience without pushing too hard. I have so appreciated seeing his genuine love, patience, and encouragement for his trainees, and the positive impact on our child's mindset has been incredible! Thank you so much, Coach Greg!

Coach Greg has been outstanding! My 10-year-old son plays for Creeks, and we were looking for additional conditioning and agility training—Coach Greg has blown us away in just the first week. His attention to detail and professionalism really stand out, but what impressed us most is how he prioritizes each kid individually, not just as part of a group. He takes the time to connect with every player—he even knows all their names and has a special handshake with each one, which the kids absolutely love. Colton has really connected with Coach Greg’s positive coaching style, and it’s been great to see his confidence already growing. I would highly recommend Coach Greg to anyone looking to give their child extra training and a great overall experience!
