After a hip fracture and replacement surgery, I wasn’t sure what “normal” would look like again. Erin and Kaitlyn at H2 Health made sure I found out. Erin designed a custom recovery plan tailored specifically to my needs and guided me every step of the way, from a walker, to a cane, to walking completely on my own. That progression felt like a miracle, but it was really just excellent, dedicated care. Kaitlyn was the friendly, organized face at the front desk who kept everything running smoothly, managing insurance, scheduling, and making sure the whole facility stayed on track, so I could focus entirely on getting better. If you’re looking for a physical therapy team that truly invests in your recovery, look no further. I’m back out staying active with my kids and family and yes, back on the pickleball court again!
I came to H2 Callahan due to a shortage of doctors at Dunn ave. I was assigned to assistants who were not properly equipped and I completed almost 90 visits with limited progress. I had billing issues and was over charged the entire time. They charged me as self pay when I had insurance which is fraud. They also overcharged me for every session. They would tell me my visits were exhausted only for me to call my insurance and be told they weren’t. I was never offered a credit or a refund although my insurance called them directly and advised that I wa diver charged. I spoke to 2 different people in billing that assured me the billing would be resolved. Both times I was ghosted and did not receive follow up. They then refused to treat me without resolution after I was willing to drive further to get the car so need. I hope no ther patient is over billed, charged self pay, and then refused care the way that I was. This experience has been frustrating to say the least. No one should have to pay when they have insurance and be over charged every appointment without refund or explanation. I have heard from thier billing person since April and the previous one Oct 2025. I was more than patient and cooperative but I’m missing both treatment and money.
Erin is spectacular. She has been amazing with my father in law during his pre surgery and post surgical rehabilitation.
Erin and Katlyn are 2 very caring individuals , they are always extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend anyone to H 2 Health in Callahan Florida!! Both of them are always happy and smiling. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Erin listens to her clients and acts accordingly. Very efficient. I actually ask my Dr if I could continue extra therapy with Erin, she is definitely an asset to the company!!! Yes you are going to therapy, but it like one big happy family in there.
My experience with H2 health has been extremely positive! I find the PT to be very knowledgeable in shaping the therapy to fit my problem. She is kind, caring and very patient. All of the staff are supportive and professional in their work. I’m happy that I’m going there for therapy.
