I called on Sat, 5/14, to schedule maintenance for my washer. The appt was for Mon, 5/16, between 9 and 12 a.m. We waited until after 10, but had a family emergency. I called and rescheduled for the next day for the same time. On Tues, 5/17, we waited for the technician until after 12:30. No show, no call. I called the office and was told that my appt was canceled BY THEM on 5/16 because they didn't have a technician for my area. I wasn't notified by them of the cancelation or told anything when I RESCHEDULED an appt that they knew couldn't be performed! Extremely unprofessional! If I could give them zero stars I would!
They never can out to my house at all. So I thought it they were terrible
