This veterinary clinic deserves a hundred stars! Dr Pitkat and her wonderful assistant are amazing! They took care of my big boy Max when I didn't think anybody possibly could. The fact that they come right to your house is such an incredible bonus since I can't transport him. They are so very kind and patient, I really appreciate them.
Dr. Pitkat and Spencer have been nothing short of amazing for our furbabies. They treat your pets as their own, show patience & care, listen to all concerns, and give explanations with detail. They go above and beyond and the at-home appointments are so much more convenient/easy and stress-free on our 3 cats. Their professionalism, expertise, and communication are top-notch. So thankful we found HelloVet!
I originally had an appointment scheduled later in the month, but they reached out about a cancellation and were able to come the very next morning, which was a huge help since my cat, Ben, was not doing well. After a thorough exam and X-ray, it was determined that Ben had advanced heart failure. Dr. Pitkat and her assistant were extremely professional, compassionate, and took the time to clearly explain my options. While the outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, the care and support they provided meant a lot during a very difficult time. HelloVet was punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
I just had an appointment with them today and OMG are they amazing !!! He warmed up to them without taking Gabapentin, hissing or attempting to attack like he does at the vet's office. My boy is allergic to fleas and has been doing scratching and has a big sore under his chin. I highly recommend HelloVet to anyone !!! God bless you Dr Pitkat and Spencer 🙏🏿!!
Absolutely amazing experience. Our cats have never been so comfortable and relaxed during a check up. The team was so good with our boys and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our guys!
