  Do Not Use ! ! ! ! I’ve waited two weeks to post, to give Hero’s time to make right NOTE: - I’m 67 years old and wife is 61. - I do all my own yard maintenance, that includes pulling any weeds by hand, and digging torpedo grass out with a trowel to minimize damage to surrounding good grass - I use lawn treatment services, for the convenience and their expertise. - A major concern I have is my advancing age, and when I die I want our home and YARD in the best possible place for easy maintence for my wife and any services that may help her. They pretty much destroyed my front yard, and severely damaged my backyard. Two treatments ago the tech said the damage to my front yard was mole crickets. But he said they’d have to come out again to treat for. The following week I called and ‘specially’ asked for ‘insect’ treatment to my front and ‘weed’ treatment to my backyard. The next week the tech (OH, and by the way, she was the third different tech in three visits ! ! ) sprayed the front and back. I didn’t then or never have received any documentation of what was applied. My front and backyards almost immediately showed damage. After several phone calls the last tech showed up and claimed ALL DAMAGE was from fungus. After several more calls the owner Chris showed up. At that time I told him my front yard was so destroyed it needed to resodded. I told him my wife and I would do ALL the prep, and LAY all the sod. All I asked for at that time was him covering the cost of sod. Approximately $600 And based on my research the prep / laying would save him $600. Chris (owner) said flat out no. - I should note my observation has been confirmed and expanded on by a nephew with 13 years experience treating yards (including home of Jax Jag players). He also very recently worked for Hero’s and then quit for agreeing with the level of service they provided customers. They are the front and you can clearly see my damaged yard compared to the adjacent neighbor
