Mrs. Brittney is the best server that I have experienced at this location. She is always so friendly and pays attention to our needs when we’re dining in! I recommend asking for her when you come to Huddle house to dine in! Also, one of the cooks there Robert is great he always welcomes us in and his food always turns out great!
I had such a great experience at Huddle House thanks to our server, Kandi! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She stayed on top of everything—refills, checking in at the right times, and making sure our order was perfect. What really stood out was her positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. It made the whole meal more enjoyable. Great service can make or break a dining experience, and Kandi absolutely made ours. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have her again!
As for my meal cooked a little bit more well done, and when it came to the table, not well done at all it was sent back and it seemed like the cook was angry that it was sent back because it literally was just thrown back on the grill, throwing around a little bit, tossed back on the plate and then handed back to me. If you hate your job that much find something else to do then cook
After a very long work day, I came into Huddle House to get something to close out my day. I was greeted by the nicest waitress by the name of Kandi. She was nothing but pleasant, attentive and patient with me as I asked many questions regarding the menu. Her customer service really uplifted my spirit and ultimately was the highlight of my entire week.
I stopped through the Huddle House this morning, and the service is always good. Ashley is a great waitress, Caroyln does an excellent job with the food, and they always make us feel welcome and checked on.Keep up the job! 👍🏾
