Starting pelvic health physical therapy felt intimidating at first, but Dr. Casey immediately put me at ease and made the experience comfortable. She is knowledgeable, professional, and supportive, with consistently clear communication. I’ve learned tools and information that I now use in my everyday life, and I would confidently recommend her to others.

I worked with Dr. Casey through her tele-health option as I do not live near her clinic. I was experiencing back and knee pain that I had had on and off for several years and was referred by an army buddy familiar with Dr. Casey to try and get some help. I have seen many physical therapist before and treatment often resulted in some stretching, light strengthening, and some kind of dry needling or electrical stimulation that never seemed to address the root cause of the problem. Even though I did not think I was Dr. Casey’s main clientele (mid 20s male, army) I immediately recognized through our virtual consultation how knowledgeable Dr Casey was and how well she listened to the issues I was having. I was extremely impressed by how well she could dissect my movement mechanics through a computer screen and catch imbalances in my body and movements. From here she established a plan to address all these issues to include many new exercises/drills I have never seen or experienced in my 10+ years of working out. She was very encouraging and realistic through the whole process and encouraged me to send videos of different exercises so she could give me feedback about progress and what issues may still be unresolved. I highly recommend Dr. Casey, and will be reaching out the next time I find myself inured.
