Intelligent Office - Ponte Vedra-Nocatee Florida

Intelligent Office Ponte Vedra-Nocatee provides a professional, well-managed shared office environment. The team is friendly, responsive, and makes day-to-day operations easy for First Florida Insurance Agency. We’ve had a great experience and highly recommend them.

I have been with IO since it opened and couldn't be more pleased. (I even my turned little standard fluorescent-lit office into a sweet space for my coaching practice.) Clyde has always been wonderful to work with. He brings quite a business background with him too, so he understands the needs of his tenants. If I've ever had an issue, he has been immediately responsive with a resolution. And can't say enough about Brandy and Claire! They run the office smoothly while multi-tasking many clients. I mostly appreciate when my clients come to the office, they are always greeted with a smile and kindness. So blessed to be here.

Intelligent Office exceeded my expectations. I originally signed up only for a business address since my company is mobile, so I wasn’t expecting to use many of their services. However, when I needed to complete the Google video verification for my Google Business profile, their team went above and beyond to help me through the process. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and made everything easy. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and want them to succeed. If you need a professional business address, office space, or support services, I highly recommend Intelligent Office. Their customer service alone makes them worth it.
