The entire office staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient! The offices and bathrooms are always clean, neat and tidy. The Medical Assistants that have served us are always kind, caring and upbeat! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Alex Balmir for going on 4 years. He is a wonderful Primary Care Physician and diligently listens and takes time with his patients. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he sincerely cares and therefore always comes up with the best guidance and/or solutions for whatever medical challenges are presented. I highly recommend Baptist Primary Care Internal Medical Group!

This office is very courteous and professional. Whether you’re going there for a routine wellness visit, bloodwork, or to be treated for an illness, they are very timely and responsive. They have great systems in place to keep things moving along. Dr. Win is great, very knowledgeable, and understanding.
Everyone at BPC/IMG is professional, caring and pleasant. The nurses are always duper nice and I can see why Dr. Lumley has such a great one. Dr. Lumley always takes the time I need to discuss any medical problems or questions that I have. I would definitely recommend this medical practice. I have been going to them for 40 years, and gust should say something about how great a group of doctors, nurses and support staff they have. 10 stars for them.
As a new patient, I was impressed from the moment I entered the office. It was a welcoming clean environment. The staff was helpful, friendly and kind. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mathur. She was thorough, attentive and professional. Follow through with referral appointments was efficient. I'm so thankful for Dr. Mathur's expertise and highly recommend her to anyone needing excellent medical care.
I've been a patient with the Baptist Health System for many years. My current physician Dr Lumley is exceptional he understands me as I understand myself. His bedside manner is second to none. An exceptional supporting staff will help you with a smile regardless of the concern The lab is right there a one stop shop Doesn't get better
