I contacted international student services for not able to register for Teladoc because I can’t find point comfort as provider after putting everything correctly. Joss immediately replied to me and helped me in resolving this issue, and later escalating the issue to point comfort, and keeping a close eye on it, and letting me know as soon as there’s an update, and giving me helpful advise in saving money. Staci is also very helpful in updating me with the latest resolution. Overall, I’m very grateful that they helped me with care and patience.
