InTown Suites Extended Stay Jacksonville FL - Baymeadows

The rooms are horrible. I have a habit of peaking underneath my bed before laying in it. There is mold and moisture and gunk underneath the ac inside of the room on the left if my 2nd bed. There is mold throughout the room. The room reeks of mildew and smoke. They do not replenish toiletries or anything, you have to bring your own. They do not give you new towels during your stay. There are bugs. I spend 400 plus a 50 dollar deposit on the room. The toilet never flushes, staff is never in the front when you need assistance. They try to tow your vehicle for no apparent reason. I will never stay here again. The motel 6 across the street is way better. Even the Northside hotels are better. DO NOT STAY HERE. Please only stay here if you have exhausted all of your other options.

Been here for 5 months. Both Katrina and Angela are amazing staff and great to be around. The other staff members are very good too. The rooms are great and the prices are affordable. I'd suggest this place to anyone

Pete the maintenance man is an exceptional employee/person who treats everyone with respect and dignity. However the on duty security officer Karl is lazy, always harasses guests and tenants about standing outside their door to get fresh air. He does not want to do his job. I highly recommend replacing him with someone who is professional.

To whom it may Concern, Just wanted to take a few minutes out of my time and let Everyone know what a clean Professional Extended Stay Hotel I came Across while exploring Bay Meadows Jacksonville FL I stopped in and noticed what a very well kept property it was....I was walked in and was greeted so kindly I was amazed......I didn't realize it was the General Manager of the Property ....Her Name is Katrina ...She answered all my questions told about the weekly rates What the property had to offer and wanted me to check out the room I was interested in so I checked out the room and I was so amazed how spotless and the room was I came back in the office and I was greeted by the Ast Manager Angela....I could not believe what two Professionals So kind and friendly Both were ....I was totally amazed....I told them I've was traveling from South Florida Fort Lauderdale Florida and relocating to Bay Meadows Jacksonville FL They both told me if I ever needed anything please let them know This long term hotel is very safe quiet and Best of all They have Security Guard on the property for everyone safety.... which is very important these days..... Just wanted to say what a very Professional Team have Here on this Property You have the most kindness Manager Katrina and Ast Manager Angela I've have ever met on my travels .....If I could I would give you both more than a Five Star Rating....Thank You So Much I plan on Staying here for months to come....... from L.S.
