InTown Suites Extended Stay Jacksonville FL - Beach Blvd

The room is nice and clean and even SMELLS clean. The staff is very informative and friendly. The outside of the building could use a cleaning but other than that I would definitely recommend.

Still processing & want justice to the full extent!!! I,wife, 3 yr child and our 3 service animals lived here from 8/19/26 to 9/18/26 inwe are now again homeless and without security or protection. Day 1 there was a man, black, bold headed, full build seem to be dealing with mental instability, but aware of his actions. 1st day I headed to check in he was sitting on the curb he cat called about my behind, he then said my wife left me obviously watching me he then harassed me for 29 days, threatened us ! He scratched my red rental, black rental has dents he bashed our window room 222 . Cont' the attack which endangered my child, wife and I after the cops came they just refunded us which was on a card we was left to sleep in a car, your employee William was very rude in front of the manger Carlos and also threatened to call his best friend in us this was after I was attacked by this man name Nigel a lady iving there verified that that's his name. Also a employee who is upstanding informedc me that he has harassed women before one going to work the other he would masterbate behind the dumpster and she left. He has not been prosecuted as of yet mental instability does not Excuse unsafe behavior. I Forgotv the 3 day I was sitting outside with my child, in front of my door he lives in the 1st floor this same man was caught watching me on the starwall near my room so I recorded him, he then yelled why am I recording him its not that serious..But harassing me and my family is that serious. Im most livid cause I'm the 3rd kniwn woman he has stalked and intown suites Carlos manager contiues to let this man stay on property. I was made aware by a staff member after I moved out after the police report that they reported the tues before he busted my window in Two days prior I was informed that a employee at the hotel made a report he caught Mr. Nigel masturbating outside of my bedroom 222 and recording himself he says he called jso asked them to tell me and talk to me, but they said I would need to reach out first. I was never told so when I made my police report those cops said it was the 1st offense. But in actuality I have documented videos of over ten occurrences and one on record from a employee that Carlos told me nothing about. I feel bamboozled and not handled properly. My family life is still in danger. Just today I found a razor and In my tire I saw the one nail two weeks ago and put some fix a flat in but last night tried again upon taking it off there is a razor it look like it was put in on purpose. At this point it could be Nigel who did that, or any of the disgruntled people like William who threatened me. There were those who I like to highlight was helpful greg, Ms. T, Ms. Sky and Mr. Scott all of them where aware of his harassing us, saw with their own eyes but as their policy the police are the only ones who could help but they witheld information as did intown suites! Women without a man or people period with Kids...Do not Stay here.. they keep man stalkers who sexual and physical abuse and threatened families but let them stay on property for the money, it is not safe and this is not over.. how was was treated by Nigel, William, Carlos and In town Suites as a whole was not right my family should have been transferred to a safe hotel without pay and he should have been prosecuted after harassing multiple women and damaging property and causing my family pain, suffering and homelessness. Stay safe protect yourself because these cops and corporations are not doing their job right! I need Justice

RUN FOR THE HILLS, I would not recommend staying at Intown Suites on Beach Blvd. My experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I checked in. The bathroom was filthy, with feces stains and smears on and around the toilet, stains on the floor, and a dirty bathtub that clearly had not been cleaned and the fridge had nasty food stains. I also found roaches in the room, which made the situation even worse. Before leaving for work and looking at the room and accepting it, I informed the general manager about the condition of the room and specifically requested that it be cleaned while I was gone. After getting off work at midnight and returning exhausted, I came back to find that nothing had been cleaned. The room was left in the same disgusting condition despite my request. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during my stay, and the plumbing was poor and seemed to have ongoing issues. Cleanliness, working hot water, and basic maintenance should be expected at any hotel, but this property failed on all three. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, roach problem, plumbing issues, no hot water, and failure to address a reported concern made for a terrible experience. I have photos documenting the condition of the room and would not stay here again.
