Beautiful place I didn’t need anything it was all there . But you need to load up on food !! It’s a quick walk to the beach ♥️I highly recommend it
We stayed at Island House G234. . It was beautiful!! The amenities were awesome!! The pool was fabulous, plus the beach is only a 5 minute walk. The condo development is very well maintained. Watched the sunrise come up over the ocean every morning. You would love this condo!! We were very pleased and didn't want to leave. 🙂
The Island House Condo complex is excellent. Common areas and the pool are well maintained. Views of the beach and beach access are wonderful. We just finished a one week stay in unit A211 and we're rather disappointed by the condo. Stained carpeting, and a furniture collection from a second hand store kind of ruin a first impression. Lack of up keep of the doors and windows just shows a lack of concern by the owner. The bug infestation in the master bed room sure didn't help create a welcoming atmosphere. It is a shame that a condo in such a great location with outstanding complex amenities can. E allowed to get in such a deteriorated condition. Bottom line - Island House is great, but look for a different unit than A211.
Great space. Right on the beach with shuffleboard, tennis and racquetball. Courts need some tlc but still usable (tennis and shuffleboard, didn't use or check racquetball) Pool is great size but is not heated, for those of us that come in the winter months. 😜
In-laws purchased their condo in the early 70's. We have been coming here to the beach ever since. Beautiful, historic St. Augustine never gets old.
