Isle Of Palms Marine

This place always exceeds my expectations. Great staff with top notch Customer service. The way they usually work is that you call in your problem, they write it all down and put you in line, then they call you usually a few days before to tell you to bring your boat in on Monday morning. Their goal, which they've always hit with me, is to have all boats finished and ready for pickup on Friday. Great system, great staff, and great service! Highly recommend!

We needed Yamaha Outboard Parts as we are trying to get our little Key West Skiff ready for fishing. It has been sitting for a couple of seasons. We quickly found out that there are no Yamaha parts dealers in Fleming Island. As I recall a few years ago there was a Yamaha or Mervury Marine parts dealer here on the Island. Fortunately when calling a Trailer Parts Company in Jacksonville they referred us to Isle Of Palms Marine Service & Sales just a few miles south of Fleming Island and Orange Park. They are in Green Cove Springs. Truth be told we have passed their Mecury Engine Mailbox out in front dozens of times and thought they were a residence. You have probably seen it yourself just down the street from the Rehab Saloon. That being said they are hidden jewel. Not only did they have a nice collection of Yamaha Outboard Parts. They have a lot of general purpose boat parts like Spark Plugs, Two Stroke oil, Trailer Parts, Rope, Fuel System parts, Chain and many other Small boat parts. What impressed me the most about them is the fact that they were willing to help with the type of DIY things that I really like to do. It is rewarding to fix something on your own for sure. But you cant beat the help from experts. That is really why I am taking the time to write this review. The guys names are Paul and Jack. I cant tell you if they own the place or are in charge of the Boat repair center or just the parts counter. I have called the parts counter at least 3 times in the last week and they both really helped us get my items ordered. And also pointed us in the right direction for the install. I have a lot more to do before the boat is ready for fall fishing but just wanted to write this review to let everyone know that this great place exists just a few miles from Fleming Island. Thanks Again Guys.

Great service with great people, got me in and out with in a week highly recommend

Veteran friend of mine bought a new boat a month ago and had it delivered from Texas, he ran the boat 4 hours and the motor would not plane the boat off and finally would not start. He knew of no Marine Mechanics and called a friend of mine who told him to call Jeff and Jack at Isle of Palms, who set their service up on appointments because of how busy they stay. After explaining the problem they told him to bring it on in which he did this morning and they fixed the problem in a couple of hours and had this happy Vet on the water, I am sending this for Randy to show his appreciation, and you have earned yourself another life time new customer, thanks guys.
