Today March 3/31/2025 I had to register my vehicle and I forgot to bring my insurance and this wonderful lady name Karen she let me call my company and she told me when I was done just to wave at her and she would help me, she did not told me to come another day or take another number she was so kind and patient and I’m Puerto Rican and my English is terrible. she helped me with a big smile on her face and help me with more information that I need it because I’m new in Jacksonville Florida she even write it down for me step-by-step and i needed a Book for my daughter so she can study for her license, but the lady from the front desk already left so I was going to open their door to leave but Karen stop me when I was about to leave and she went to the front desk and got me the Book herself without me asking she was so kind and helpful I hope when you go to this Location ask for Karen she’s the best she will take her time to give you the information that you need with no attitude she’s we’re not let you go into you are satisfied with the information that you need 10 out of 10 with her customer service I left so happy she made my day . Thank You Karen ☺️

Although I waited 2 hours, I was told ahead of time so I ran errands and then waited in my car. A PA system announced the last 4 digits of my phone number when it was my turn and also sent me a text. The two hours flew by. It is a very well organized system. The check-in lady and the man at the counter were friendly and competent.

Although it seems packed but there have numerous staff and the wait isn’t too long.
Dealing with the DMV is always so difficult! Working online and through your insurance and all of that you will get different answers that do not match up with anyone. But this branch has their stuff together!!! They gave me great customer service and took care of all my needs. They also did it with a smile, I can only assume because they were wearing masks.
