Jacksonville Emergency & Family Dental Care

I called in with a dental emergency. I was in so much pain & was not able to sleep the day before. I called & was able to see the dentist same day! 1 tooth was extracted( NO PAIN I actually fell asleep) & I was give a treatment plan and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy of choice & it was ready in 1 hour! The staff, the dentist everyone was so nice & kind. I am currently resting in bed healing and can now get some sleep. As someone who works in the insurance world, this was by far the best service I have received in years! I recommend this place to any & everyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Jacksonville Emergency and Family Dental Care. I called with a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment within the hour, which was incredible considering I had a broken tooth that was causing excruciating pain. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind and welcoming. I especially want to recognize the dental assistant. I don’t remember her name because I was in so much pain, but she was incredibly sweet, compassionate, and empathetic. She was very gentle while taking my X-rays and throughout the entire visit, which helped ease my anxiety. The dentist was equally wonderful. Although I don’t remember their name either, they took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The billing was transparent, and the cost was very affordable with my dental plan. My tooth was infected, so the extraction was a little more challenging than expected. However, the dentist made sure I was completely numb before proceeding, and the tooth was removed without any complications. The relief afterward was almost immediate. I can finally sleep without the constant throbbing, shooting pain in my face and mouth. I’ve always been someone who gets very nervous about going to the dentist, and because of that, I haven’t gone as often as I should. This experience completely changed how I felt. I truly felt listened to, cared for, and treated with compassion. Because of the excellent care I received, I actually look forward to returning to continue improving my dental health. Thank you to everyone at Jacksonville Emergency and Family Dental Care for taking such great care of me during a very painful experience. I truly appreciate everything you did. I think this review does a great job highlighting not just the quality of the dental work, but also the compassion and professionalism that made such a stressful situation much easier.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had to go in for an emergency extraction, and Dr. Watson and his assistant were amazing! Dr. Watson made sure I was comfortable the entire time and talked me through everything step by step, which really helped calm my nerves. He made sure I was completely numb before starting and made the whole process quick and smooth. The extraction was fast, and the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. His assistant was especially so kind and helpful throughout the visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them!

I was helped by Ajla and Kali today. They did such a great job. Ajla was very helpful with figuring out my insurance and patient with me. Kali was very informative with the procedure. And dr Frazier was also great! Thank you guys for helping me today!
