Jacksonville Emergency and Family Dental Care - University

I'll keep this short and sweet. Best experience I've ever had in a dental setting. I was in absolute agony to the point where the pain was causing me to shake. I spent two days without sleep due to the pain. I had to do something about it so I just showed up at their location as soon as they opened. They had some space for me luckily. I was seen immediately. Service was fast, professional, and problem free. I really can't believe how good this place was. The dentist came into the room, knocked out the procedure, bada bing, bada boom. Absolutely zero problems. I'm so very grateful to have been taken care of by these folks.

Pleasant experience! If you’re someone who has anxiety this staff if the perfect one to come to for help! Dr. Arrow is a wonderful and professional dentist and he explained the procedure and everything he was doing the whole time! The nurse staff is so fun and amazing to speak with too! I had a tooth extraction done, and it’s all pressure! No pain! Dr. Arrow will take good care of you !

This Dentist Is Amazing I came in all the staff were nice I do have a little anxiety and the front desk and doc who assisted me were so amazing at talking me through it so calming his voice was very meditative I went in and in a hour all four wisdom teeth and root canal pulled no pain I’m now 4 days in healing perfectly fine I was able to go back and ask questions get help with concerns they were easy to joke and laugh with it really felt like a family wholesome painless and good service overall I recommend this place over aspen dental asap dental and Greenberg A1 Service

The clinic is very good! Staff is attentive and extremely nice! I came in for an exam but got treated right away. Dr Aaro and his medical assistant was very informative and helpful! Thanks so much for the treatment and care!
