Jacksonville Furniture Mart

My wife and I were very impressed with the quality and selection of furniture and accessories. We arrived after 5 and despite the store closing at 6 Deb Mischley was patient, friendly and extremely helpful in assisting us pick out the ideal table and lamp for our music room at home! We were very pleased!

I worked with Vanessa to find just the perfect pieces of furniture for my house. She worked tirelessly taking pictures , and pulling together pieces that would complement each other. What an amazing way to shop! She was very professional, kind, and courteous. I highly recommend Furniture Mart and Vanessa. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Our sales person, Tangie, was most professional and helpful! She went out of her way to try to help us find just the right piece for our new home. Her follow through was outstanding while delivering the highest quality of customer care, assistance, or attention. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Tangie! I will definitely be returning to Furniture Mart in the very near future!

We’ve been longtime customers and have always been happy with the experience. I called looking for information on a piece of furniture we bought 6 years ago and was very happy with the way my issue was resolved. Instead of just telling me what company to call she volunteered to follow up and get back to me which she did in about 30 minutes. Excellent service.
