  Im convinced these high reviews are from bots because there is no way it gets a 4.9. I Seen Kenneth Rees today and Idk if that was his intention but I totally felt rushed and disregarded. I did my pre- appointment paperwork and left detailed descriptions of what I was experiencing. We went over none of it. They want to do an X-ray and MRI even though I already had one taken less than a year ago instead of just requesting the testing so they can see themselves they had me do the X-ray there and they are sending information for my MRI but MRIs are not cheap.i understand they have a process but it would have been nice not to feel so rushed out. I understand in healthcare you can feel burnt out because I too work in the field but you still have a job to do and this job unfortunately also includes empathy and caring. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m sort of annoying you, I felt pushed out and now I fear again the pain I’m experiencing will never go away because all they see is a young 32 year old but my pain is real and it’s affecting my everyday life including work.
