Giving 2 because the one guy was nice. Hard to believe nobody knew the truck a bought had a leak somewhere and didn’t know water gets in. Check engine for fuel pump came on 2 months after I bought it and only put 40 miles on it.
What a great experience purchasing a truck from here. Brian was fantastic to work with! He made the process of purchasing a truck for our fleet smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. Truly top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend!"
Bought a truck from them the hubs, seals and bearing didn’t even make it 200 miles before blowing and leaking everywhere said they would handle it and would not cost me anything out of pocket. When the work was done at the shop I took it too they tried calling for payment nobody answered and I finally got ahold of them and they say they are closed and that I’d have to pay for it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them or trust them.
Awesome company to do business with. We have purchased multiple commercial vehicles from them. Jason and their team can put you in a vehicle to meet your company needs! Thanks again!
These guys are amazing, offering fantastic equipment for fantastic prices. Prices that feel fair and decent. They are above board and just all around lovely people! They accommodate and work around and do whatever they can to make it happen and go smoothly. They also have a reliable, dependable maintenance shop. This is where I get my vans from now on! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you everyone at Jacksonville Truck Center! The real plus are the dogs!
