⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Joey with J&M Precision Automotive! He came out to look at my daughter’s car, and from the beginning he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. As a mom, I wanted to make sure her car was safe, and instead of automatically replacing the brakes based on what we thought the problem was, Joey took the time to properly diagnose it first. He discovered that the car had no brake fluid due to a leak in the rear. He explained everything he found, what needed immediate attention, and what could wait instead of trying to sell us unnecessary repairs. He repaired the brake issue, bled and refilled the brake system, replaced her spark plugs, fixed the rear brake light, cleaned the throttle body and vents, and went above and beyond with several other things while he was there. What impressed me most was his honesty and willingness to help us save money. He helped us determine exactly which parts were needed and gave us the option to purchase the parts ourselves, which was greatly appreciated. He was also very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything to both of us. Knowing my daughter is back on the road in a safer car gives me peace of mind. It’s hard to find a mechanic you feel you can trust, but I felt very comfortable with Joey and the service he provided. We will definitely be using J&M Precision Automotive again and recommending Joey to others. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter’s car and for going above and beyond!
Extremely helpful and kept me updated daily with texts and photos. Very fair pricing and really went the extra mile to make sure any issues were found. I went through four different mechanics before finding J&M and will be using them exclusively from now on. 🙂
I’ve been through my share of mechanics over the years, and I can honestly say I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. J&M Precision Automotive has earned my trust through consistently outstanding work, honest advice and exceptional attention to detail. Joseph treats every vehicle as if it were his own and always take the time to explain what’s needed and why. What I appreciate most is his integrity. He never recommends unnecessary repairs or tries to sell you something you don’t need. His prices are fair, the workmanship is top-notch, and you leave knowing the job was done right. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust these days, but that’s exactly what you’ll find at J&M Precision Automotive. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for quality work, honest people, and real value.
Joseph is awesome! He came to my house to replace my radiator over the weekend in a pinch. He did a great job, was very easy to get in touch with, and was a better price than anywhere else around. It was so convenient to have him come to me rather than have to drop the car off somewhere. 10/10 would recommend!
Have been to J&M for a few services. Quality work from an honest mechanic. Saved me a good amount of money on a transmission problem and was patient and thoughtful with recommendations. Had the car running like new when he was done. Also had him replace seals and gaskets to fix an oil leak. Put forth the extra effort to clean up the whole engine. Looked better than when I bought it and specs were back to new. Won’t take my cars anywhere else at this point.
