I was visiting from out of town and needed an urgent crown. Dr. Michelle and Amira were incredible. Everything was straightforward, upfront, and professional; from the moment I walked in, they were clear about the procedure, the timeline, and the costs. They provided excellent care and saved my trip! Highly recommend Jacksonville Dentistry for anyone needing quality, honest work. It's been a few days and I'm happy to say that my tooth feels amazing.

I have had pleasure to know Dr. Michelle DeFelice as a doctor for 17 years. ❤️ She is the reason I drive to this location from St. Augustine, and my son has become her patient too. My parents and brother-in-law have used her services and still remember her with great spirits. She is an excellent professional and a kind personality, her practice does an outstanding job, from the greeting to goodbye. Reception group is excellent, always answers, the phone friendly, calls back, confirms and checks in/out on time !!! 🥳🥳🥳 whatever you wish! The office has all advanced equipment, as I have tried other practices in St. Augustine and Fort Lauderdale. As per cleaning, her clinic also owns best teeth cleaning devices. Hygienist Megan is always friendly, she knows her business well and gives the best customer service. Megan gives proper recommendations and offers new products on the market, which have become the part of my routine. She gives much time to the patient and works hard in every aspect. It’s wonderful to feel positive energy, coming from her. Megan makes you good to come back! 🫠 Hygienist Emin is a well-known professional for practice, and my son loves his demeanor. 🫠 Dr. Kelly Carrothers has been there for a long time as well. She’s a sweet and friendly person, works together with Dr. Michelle. ❤️
