The owner Andrew, was responsive and professional from the very beginning, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crew was respectful, courteous, and stayed focused on the job; they didn't waste time or goof off. They actually completed the work faster than originally quoted. One of my biggest concerns was preserving an existing tree stump that I wanted to keep. The crew carefully shaved down the exposed roots and expertly poured the concrete around the trunk, allowing me to keep the tree while still achieving a clean, professional finish. I truly appreciated the care they took to accommodate my request. The new concrete was poured alongside existing concrete, and the finished product is seamless. Everything is level, smooth, and looks absolutely amazing. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality concrete work and excellent customer service.
Mauricio and his team are great. I got my dream shower renovated. Santos is quiet but he does the job done. Mauricio is very thorough, considerate, jolly, professional, he listens, his team are respectful on our property. I’m so happy with my new shower. Although it took a little delay on materials due to shipment, overall we’re satisfied. We will use this company the next time my husband and I need any house renovation/ restoration. This company is awesome. You will not regret it. Mauricio answer my text promptly without 24 hrs. and answered my concerns.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I had a great experience with Jax Handyman Solutions. From the initial phone call, Mauricio was professional, quick to provide a quote, and prompt in scheduling. The team paid great attention to detail and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Everything was completed exactly as promised, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again!
Andrew and the Jax Handyman Solutions Crew did a wonderful job. They fixed my front door so that bugs and the sunlight could stay out. I really appreciate how Andrew called to let me know that they were going to be late because of unforseen issues. Andrew is very approachable and my husband and I appreciate how fast, precise and attention to detail the team was. Thanks again and I will be referring you to anyone I know that needs a job done right the first time.
This is the second time I’ve used mauricio in the last 18 months and it’s always a pleasure doing business with him. He repaired a giant hole in my roof from the storm last week, painted my front door and recaulked and grouted my master bedroom shower.
