Victoria and Dr. Bremar were very good. I found Dr. Bremar to answer all my questions and educate me on what he thinks my diagnosis is and the treatments he can do. He spent a lot of time with me and had all my radiology reports that Victoria printed out. Would highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Jones who is most professional, kind and cares about the patient, me. Her Medical Assistant, Tiffany, always greets me with a smile and cares about me. They ask the appropriate questions to lead me on a path of healing. I won’t go anywhere else! I highly recommend Jax Spine and Pain, Fernandina Beach, Florida office.

From the very first phone call to check in to my very brief meeting with the doctor, this was an unpleasant experience. Everyone seemed miserable and unfriendly. Dr. Bremer was quite dismissive and did not examine me, ask relevent questions, or go over my MRI or x-rays. He just said he wanted to give me an injection and walked out. I never heard from them to make that appointment. But I did get a call for an appointment to be fitted for a back brace that he had never even mentioned or discussed with me. I feel like it was purely an upsell. I have since found an incredible team at JOI that has me understanding my spine pain with a clear and expedient treatment plan that does not include a back brace.

The doctors and staff are amazing here. Dr Bremer helped create a treatment plan for me after an accident without relying on drugs to fix the problem. I really appreciated the way he listened to me. The only glitch I've had is with scheduling/billing departments. The practice is so big that the teams don't always communicate well. Overall, I'm very pleased with this practice and will continue using them for my long term care and pain management.
