One word to describe Jenny Schaeffer: AMAZING! From our very first phone conversation while we were still in Chicago to the day we closed on our home, every step of the process was handled flawlessly. Jenny is professional, incredibly knowledgeable about both real estate in general and the Amelia Island market, and truly innovative in her approach. Most importantly, she has a way of putting your mind at ease during what can often be a stressful experience. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would recommend Jenny Schaeffer without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is simply outstanding!
If you are looking for a realtor who brings equal parts heart and expertise to every transaction, look no further than Jenny. What stands out about Jenny is her genuine commitment to the people she serves. Real estate is personal, and she treats it that way — approaching every transaction with the care, patience, and expertise that her clients deserve at every step of the process. From the title side, the agents who stand out are the ones who are easy to work with, proactive in their communication, and invested in getting to the finish line the right way. Jenny checks every one of those boxes. She makes the entire process better for everyone involved, and that is not something we take for granted. Her clients are fortunate to have found her, and we are fortunate to work alongside her. We would recommend Jenny without hesitation and look forward to a long and successful partnership. — Cason Van Zant at Pro-Tech Title & Trust
