Johns Creek Family Dentistry is truly a family practice that does dentistry the right way. It seems like every new strip mall has a franchise “modern dentistry” office opening. I’ve been to those and everything is an upsell, upcharge, or exaggeration. Dr. Joseph practices the ethical way, the way it should be. A friend recommended Dr. Joseph to me after several bad experiences at these new “modern” offices. I felt at home at Johns Creek Family Dentistry and have been a patient for over 3 years. My children’s pediatric dentist recently stopped taking our dental insurance due to a contract issue and I didn't hesitate to bring them to Dr. Joseph. They had a great experience as well and actually said they liked our hygienist Megan even better than the hygienists at their prior office! Megan takes care of all of us in our family and is the best! She’s very knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle. The office is clean and staff is fantastic. I visited Johns Creek dental office today for the first time as a new patient. I was very impressed by how kind and outgoing the staff is. Everything from treatment plan and billing my insurance was explained thoroughly. I have more work to be done, and miles to go before I sleep, but I'm glad that I found this wonderful group to take the journey with!
