Julington Creek Golf Club

The course is in great shape. It is surprisingly challenging even if it doesn't appear that way. Pace of play can be hit or miss but when they have a beverage cart, you are likely to see them 3 times a round. The staff is always great here. Heavy rains will create some soupy conditions and cart path only holes but it is manageable.

Starting time Saturday morning was 8:24.. our group arrived at 8:10. We finished our 18 holes at 2:01 p.m. Our computer on the cart said we were 62 minutes behind.... I told the starter at the first tee it looked like the group on 1 green was really slow. Starter assured me rangers would keep pace of play, and slow play would not be an issue or tolerated. We did not see 1 ranger the whole day. Unacceptable at $83.00 per person. Course was in good shape, but a 5.5 hour round a golf does not work for our group. Good luck.....

Originally, I had posted a poor review out of frustration with the pre-pay policy and the fact that they only gave me a raincheck when I tried to call and cancel a player slot the afternoon prior to my tee time. After posting a review, I received an email from Andrew, the course GM, and he apologized for the situation and refunded the third slot back to my credit card. I appreciate the attention to detail and the strong customer service.

Poor management in respect to being able to manage a busy day as well as being over priced for the product. Range is in poor shape also. If its not busy and you can play it for less than $50 then I would say its worth it. If not, I would drive further.
