K. O. Electric, Heating & Air Inc

Billy came out to fix my AC and he was amazing! Very kind, respectful, and super informative. He explained everything clearly and even took time to have a genuine conversation. Great customer service all around. If I ever need service again, please send Billy he definitely deserves the recognition!

With the heat becoming unbearable, I had to call for HVAC service, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I contacted them, I was treated with amazing customer service. The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had my system running efficiently again in no time. It's hard to find a company that combines quality work with such excellent customer care. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service—especially when the heat is at its worst!
