My husband and I had planned a trip to Fernandina Beach to visit my daughter and her husband who had recently moved there. In researching the area on YouTube, we came across Kelli’s informative real estate videos and decided we would reach out to her and look at some homes just to get an idea of what’s available. We loved her down to earth and friendly personality and believe me she’s exactly the same when you meet her in person. Long story short, the first day we were in Fernandina Beach our daughter announced she was expecting our first grandchild so the househunting became serious at that point.lol Kelli used her vast knowledge of the market here and narrowed it down to a few very nice homes and really paid attention to every detail that we gave her as to what we wanted. Before we left town we had already put an offer in on a wonderful home in a neighborhood that could not be more perfect for us or more beautiful, all within our price range. It’s a dream come true!Kelli is always available and responsive to every email, phone call, or text and is upbeat and ready to work for you. She has gone above and beyond for us and we are so thankful for her. I think I’ve made a friend for life!
Kelli represented me and my Mom in selling her Dream retirement home in Fernandina Beach. We more or less handled the whole transaction without meeting in person until late in the process. Kelli was very knowledgeable and helpful in pricing and negotiating the sale of the home. She also set me up with several vendors i used and needed to clean up and prepare the home for the sale and closing.
