I held my birthday party at Pavillion 18. Approximately 30 people attended. I couldn't have picked a better spot for location or price. The Pavillion was roomy, it had electricity, and bathrooms were located underneath the building. There's a pond/lake right behind it and a kid's park across from it. The park rangers were pretty cool in most cases, although 2 of them were having a bad day, I think. Pam at the front gate was the ranger I interacted with the most, and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. All in all, I highly recommend it for parties and other gatherings.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We loved the house so much! The house is immaculate, exceptionally clean, and bright. Perfect for a family and friends. It is an amazingly comfortable home with easy access In addition, there is a beautiful lake and huge backyard, and fantastic location. Nothing beats the allure of that water glow while the sun rises and sets. So close to Gainesville and other small-town adventures. The owners put their heart and soul into making this a perfect escape.
Absolutely incredible piece of property! The house is gorgeous and so is the property. If you are looking for a great place to stay highly recommend this one.
Absolutley beautiful and peaceful place. It's a must. It is very relaxing and one of the more beautiful places that I've seen.
