There’s truly no better insurance company in Jacksonville than KG Family Insurance. Their team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond for both our business and our family. Any time we’ve had questions, needed guidance, or had to make changes quickly, they’ve handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to find a company that makes you feel this supported and valued as a client. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance team they can truly trust.
Kristi is the best. I was with USAA for over 20 years. I met with Kristi and let her run thr numbers and she cut my insurance bill in half. I can't thank her enough. Plus she recommended some good people to complete some projects on my house that saved me even more on my Home Iwners insurance. Highly highly recommend Kristi.
They are very knowledgeable and helped me get coverage for exactly what I needed. If there was something that wasn’t best, I was told. They weren’t just focused on making a sale.
Kristi’s agency was extremely helpful to me when Farmers insurance left Florida. She put me in touch with a new company. They are all understanding and easy to work with. Great people!
Kristi has always given my client referrals the best quotes and quality service, what’s even better if she can’t do it or it’s outside of her scope she is upfront about that which I appreciate
