Had to soak off my old set, as expected, while the nail tech was removing them she repeatedly hit my cuticles with the drill. I tried to roll with it, but dipping a fresh cut into acetone really doesn't feel great. She then also cut my finger with the file. I brushed it off, these things happen. Then it happened again...I have cuticle damage on most of my fingers, she even put some Infalab on the cut after she realized it had happened. Then she actually had the nerve to question why I only tipped 15%. I usually tip 25%, but I just couldn't do it this time.
Best nail salon! This is my go-to place, the staff are friendly and the place is clean- what more do you want. I got a manicure and pedicure this time around, and love it!! If you go for a pedicure, ask for Janet!! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would.
After getting nails done went home and realize that my ring finger nail was bending and foldable when squeezed...went back up there and asked them to fix them after about 45 minutes sitting was told she didn't put enough acrylic and was gonna add acrylic well now I was one nail twice the thickness of the other nails and not even at all
The girl I had did a great job on my nails and eyebrows This was my first time here but I will be returning for my next set
Overall good experience my wife and I got a pedicure and a manicure. Make an appointment one hour before and got there 15 minutes before and got to the chair right away. Pedicures range from $35.00 to $50.00
