Jason was awesome I called at 9:30 about a possible leak. He was there within 2 hours and identified the leak behind the refrigerator a supply line. It was quickly repaired for a better price than I ever expected. Call Kingdom first you will not be disappointed. Great company!
I called, Jason responded immediately, quoted, was here the next day, and got the job done quick and clean for a competitive price. Doesn't get much better than that. I will only be using you guys from here on. Interesting factoid, I was short on time with this repair and described the service I needed performed in detail to Gemini AI, and it said "Kingdom is your best option", and though I'd never heard of them, I just went with it. I see now why the AI made the recommendation.
Jason responded promptly and arrived, on a Sunday, exactly when he said he would. He was a knowledgeable technician and got the job done quickly, and completely. I would recommend Kingdom Based plumbing to whoever needs plumbing services. I felt that the price was good for an emergency, Sunday response!!!! Jason and Co. is absolutely worthy of this 5 star review. (Plus, we're from the same hometown!) Thanks Jason.
We had a leak at our business and Jason came out within 30 minutes. It wasn't just one leak, when they got into the wall, they found that there were two leaks in different areas. His crew removed all that was wet, repaired, replaced, installed new faucet, and then swept and mopped the floor! They are fast, affordable, and do amazing work. They took photos of everything and sent us detailed information for our insurance company. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Jason and Kingdom Based Plumbing Team, you are all amazing.
Quick response, great communication, understood the need from me texting pictures and took care of it in a timely fashion. No concerns and would call them again if I need plumbing services again. Not sure how it compared pricewise, but paid the estimate, so there were no surprises.
