Kristina Hinson Realtor Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty

I have had the absolute pleasure of working on many transactions with Kristina. She is one of the VERY best I have worked with. First and foremost, she cares so deeply for her clients' needs, listens to their concerns and addresses each and every one of them. She is communicative and friendly. She is very knowledgeable in real estate and also in the local communities surrounding Jacksonville. I highly recommend Kristina for your buying and selling needs!

Kristina Hinson is an outstanding realtor. She demonstrated in countless ways that she truly listened to my needs, ensuring she found the perfect property for me. Thanks to Kristina’s attention to detail—focusing on my needs rather than just my wants—we quickly discovered my dream home. I chose a new build, which took about five months to complete, and throughout the process, Kristina provided guidance only when needed, never overwhelming me with too much information. She kept me on track with important deadlines and answered every one of my many questions with patience, treating all of them as important. Kristina skillfully remained in the background when appropriate, but when issues came up, she advocated for me fiercely and resolved them efficiently. I can’t say enough positive things about Kristina, including the thoughtful celebration gift she chose for me, which reflected how carefully she listened to my stories. I wholeheartedly recommend Kristina to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

Kristina is absolutely amazing at her job. She took her time showing us different homes till we found the right one. I literally suggest her to anyone looking to find their perfect home. She's sweet, caring, professional and listens to your needs. Thank you again Kristina💖
