Me and my husband stopped on a trip, he ordered from Grateful Burgers and ordered a burger that had pineapple and pork (which was recommended to him) and he loved it so much we came back the next day. In terms of Kusina Colorado, the egg rolls, pork skewers and Pancit w Lumpia ( egg rolls) were great! The people were so friendly, welcoming and answered all the questions about what we should try! Great portions and a variety of flavors
💯 highly recommend trying Kusina Colorado! True hidden gem in St.Augustine. I had the chicken sisig and substitute the rice for noodles. I also had my spice level at extra spicy and it smacked! 🔥This dish also comes with pork lumpia, and let me tell you, the lumpia was PERFECT. I also added two Gatorade slushies and a bottle of water. 10/5 for me. I can’t get over the flavor, marinade, the sizzle on the slightly charred chicken, and pancit noodles. Guaranteed must stop for me! ♥️🔥

These are hands-down the BEST tacos I’ve ever had from a small food camper—honestly, some of the best tacos anywhere! The food is incredibly fresh, the tortillas are fried and made completely from scratch, and you can taste the love in every single bite. The owners are the sweetest people, and you can tell how much pride they put into their food. They seriously need to open a full restaurant someday! They’re tucked away in the cutest little area, making it the perfect spot for families—especially those with younger kids. Even college students have things to do while waiting on their food, which makes the whole experience even better. Oh, and the prices are crazy cheap which makes it even more perfect for larger families! But truly… do yourself a favor and stop here. These are the world’s best tacos. So fresh, so flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable! 🌮🔥
Kusina Colorado is always an amazing experience. The best service and delicious food! I highly recommend getting the smothered breakfast burrito. Homemade pork belly bacon, and everything tastes super fresh and yummy. Also recommend the hand blended frozen lemonade! Absolutely delicious and worth it. The atmosphere around the food trucks is 10/10 and a great place to take your family. We will be back regularly!!
