Lance truly goes above and beyond for his clients. Not only did he help my family find and purchase a beautiful home, but his commitment didn’t stop at closing. When our A/C failed shortly after moving in, our home warranty company initially denied the claim. Lance stepped in, advocated on our behalf, pushed for the claim to be escalated, and worked tirelessly until they ultimately approved the coverage. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to fight for his clients long after the sale is complete is something you don’t see often. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and stands behind his clients every step of the way, I highly recommend Lance.
Lance is a fantastic realtor. Honestly, if I could give him 10 stars, I would…and then I’d probably try to negotiate for 11 just to make him proud. We were moving from North Carolina to FL and Lance helped us navigate every step of the process. Not only was he patient with us as we got to know the area but also took us all over Jacksonville to show us a variety of styles and neighborhoods. Lance also has a ready to network of folks for your home care needs after you move in. Pool cleaners, landscaping, general contractors etc. That was super helpful to us so we didn’t have to go in a huge hunt to find the right vendors. We’re so happy we had a great agent that we can also call friend!
