This is the worst Title Company I have ever dealt with. I first started off working with Brandy Martin, who scheduled a conference call and never followed through. Furthermore, Brandy never made any attempt to reschedule the conference call or contact me. After I contacted Brandy about the conference call, Brandy responded with excuses of being in an area with no-cell service. Additonally, Brandy gave wrong information in reference to Land Surveying and easements. So, I requested to work with someone else. Cindy Brown was assigned and pleasant to work with. However, after closing; things changed over to Shannon Gray, who was supposedly responsible for finalizing the Deeds, Policies, and mailing original documents to me. There were two separate properties purchased and closed at the same time. However, I only received documents for one property via USPS - regular standard mail. When I questioned the missing original Deed and policy for the second property, Shannon shifted blame to their "mailing department" and Shannon "believed" the original Deeds and policies were mailed in separate envelopes, and only copies could be mailed to me now. So, Land Title of America, Inc. mails original Deeds and policies through USPS (regular standard mail) with no delivery confirmation or tracking number whatsoever. Yeah, I know for a fact - I will not be using the services of Land Title of America, Inc. for my future real estate purchases or selling. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. By the way, the one Star is for Cindy Brown; otherwise, I would give this company ZERO STARS.
Great people with a lot of experience with investor-focused closings (tax deeds, sheriffs' sales, etc.) that have most other title companies scratching their heads. They are also sufficiently high-volume to have leverage with their underwriters. In 15 years of doing business with them, I have never seen anybody better.
Emma is extremely punctual, communicates clearly, and makes the entire process seamless from start to finish. She is also very accommodating and truly cares about providing a great experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Communication was proactive, timelines were met without friction, and every detail was managed with precision. Cindy, the closer, was exceptional—knowledgeable, responsive, and calm under pressure. She made both my seller and me feel confident every step of the way. This is exactly how a title company should operate. Highly recommend.
I love working with this title company. I have used them many times over the course of the last 15 years and have never had a bad experience. They are wonderful! They have a great team and are fast and friendly.
