Lester's Outboard Repair

I'm a new Lester's Outboard customer heading towards becoming a cult follower. I would say he is too good to be true but instead I will say WOW. Lester started our relationship by squeezing me in after telling me he was taking off for the rest of the year in two days. Admittedly I did whine a little. He got me back on the water. He even did most of the work we talked about for later. He charged me about a third of the price I paid for 100 hour service from big dealer on Atlantic. He charged me about 15% of price quoted by a mobile marine guy. I fish as much as four times a week. Yesterday I spent 8 hours fishing from the jetty to the creeks. Lester got me going. Everyone knows (except drunks) that you shouldn't get married after the first date. But I am getting ready to make a commitment with Lester's Outboard. After the first of the year I'm going to have him do a few more things to my 2004 Yamaha 115 four stroke. If that experience is the same as my last we will be hooked up. Till boat sinking, fish leaving, or I'm too old to launch a boat by myself do us part. Note I have used a mobile mechanic with the same name. This is not him in fact I only called out of desperation looking for quick fix. That man was like pig pen from Charlie Brown.

Lester has taken care of our outboards for more than 25 years. Started with a Johnson 90 then a 2 stroke Mercury 150 now a 4 stroke Mercury 150. Can't ask for better service and knowledge. Great local small business man who personally cares about doing the job right.

Great guy, great service. I didn't realize how poorly my boat was running until Lester put it straight. I would recommend him to anyone.
