I cannot say enough great things about Lettow Plumbing and Restoration. This is not the first project they have completed for me, and once again they exceeded every expectation. Most recently, they installed two hot water heaters and added a booster pump, and the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. Their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question, and made sure the work was completed to the highest standard possible. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and it is obvious they truly care about doing the job right the first time. What continues to impress me most about Lettow Plumbing and Restoration is their consistency. Every interaction with their company has been positive, and every project they have completed for me has been handled with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. It is rare to find a company that is this reliable, responsive, and committed to excellence. The installation was seamless, clean, and efficient, and the results have been fantastic. The new system works perfectly, and I have complete confidence in the work they performed. Their crew treated my home with respect and left everything spotless when the job was finished. If you are looking for a plumbing company that is honest, dependable, highly skilled, and truly cares about their customers, I would recommend Lettow Plumbing and Restoration without hesitation. They are simply the best, and I will absolutely continue using them for any future plumbing needs.
Very highly recommend Lettow Plumbing. Fast. Prompt. Curtious. Professional. Outstanding repair job. Informative. Cleaned everything before leaving. *I called and spoke to Chris about a water leak coming from the wall between the kitchen and porch. He sent Lonnie and Dalton out and they confirmed the leak was coming from under the foundation and concrete needed to be removed to get to the cracked pipe. They arrived at the exact time they said the next morning and, in about 3 1/2 hours, had finished the work, repoured the concrete and left everything exactly as it was before they started. So thankful for this company, Chris, Lonnie and Dalton. Consider me a customer for life. Many thanks guys!
Lonnie serviced three of my bathrooms. He did an excellent job. He explained everything to me about the repairs needed. He was very efficient and neat with his work performance. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber. He came out on the same day that I called for service. Thank you Lonnie I appreciate the outstanding job you did looking forward to my next water bill now that the leaks are fixed I am sure my water bill will be less.
Very thankful for the thoroughness of Lettow plumbing. Brett was committed to making sure the problem was understood and that we options for getting it fixed. Lettow plumbing has a long standing reputation for being a company that prioritizes integrity. After dealing with companies that only were interested in selling me stuff, it was reassuring having a company that was focused on doing what was best for my family. Highly recommend!
We had our water heater start leaking and flooding part of our home. Lettow had a service tech out with a new heater, in no time! Lonnie was great! Awesome job at a great price! These are the only people to call if you need plumbing work
