My visits at the Orange Park LiberateWell for over 7 years is always excellent. Receptionist to the Dr's are always excellent. Thank you LiberateWell for your exceptional professionalism courteous and kindness I appreciate it all.
Went to have a massage done and the therapist wasnt even there but they still took me in and let me do id say more then just two sessions on there therapeutic beds that work amazing. They were so nice and helpful and down to earth, I would definitely be back very soon and refer them to everyone I know.
So not go here. I had a telehealth appointment today and was told that he was going to push my recs through and I'd be good to go in 30 minutes. Here it is 2 hours later and I now have nothing. I actually had enough recs to get stuff this morning. Now I'm off work and everything is at 0. $130+ dollars for absolutely nothing. Now tomorrow I have to find a new Dr. Update: This morning as I was getting ready to get very upset at whoever answered the phone. Then when I called they were calling me to explain what was going on. It's not the doctor's fault it's the state. Then when you call the state you get put on hold for 2.5 hours. Never the less the doctor and staff are great. The state is the one that is causing my problem.
Dr James remembered about my cancer condition and was very helpful on questions I had!! He told me if I need any other questions that I have feel free to call!! I would and will recommend Dr James!!!!
Excellent service. Dr Alla is very friendly. He listens and makes changes to your prescription if you need more or less.
