After living in FL for only a short time, I decided to change homes. After an extensive online search for a realtor, I got very LUCKY and found Lisa Stewart and her partner Glen Miller. She was upfront with an outlook for selling my house, pricing, commission, competition, interest rates, the market status and comps. She is extremely well prepared. She provided all the necessary information at our FIRST meeting. She has the perfect attitude and personality for real estate, always calm, nice, never judgemental, patient, hard-working, understanding and forever communicating updates throughout the sales period. Everything you'd want in a realtor! Our house took about 65 days to sell. But, it is currently a horrible resale market with builder and new home competition (and their bag of selling tricks) along with high (and climbing) interest rates. Lisa and Glen held open houses nearly every weekend possible, took a slew of pictures (and then re-did them to get the absolute best shots), constantly developing creative ways to incentivize buyers and other realtors to stop by. They even held their office meetings at my residence (at my request)! I mean....talk about exposure! My point is, they do EVERYTHING possible (and creative) to get your home sold and they never stress. Call Lisa Stewart and Glen Miller at Iron Valley, you'll feel super lucky (and eventually satisfied) like I do, and get your house SOLD! Definitely a 5-Star recommendation!!
