Longleaf at St. Johns

Just went to Check out the apt complex and Cristine was a delight. Very informative and professional, really made the tour very pleasant. The location is ok. The apartment layouts are well thought out, plenty of closet space. The amenities were nice but the gym seemed like it was missing equipment. They are not currently offering any move in special like so many other places something to consider since moving itself is not cheap and every way to save helps. While we visited it seemed very quiet and that can be good but I did not see anyone by the pool and so that was a bit surprising. The pool is big and it has chlorine in it NOT salt. Nice 2nd floor deck area but no TV there. Overall very nice but it feels like it is missing something? Still looking at more places and may go back again to see if it is the right fit or not?

So glad to be able to call this place home. Love how clean and peaceful it is. The help we get from the team is amazing. If we ever have any questions or concerns we typically speak to Cassidy and she makes sure that everything is being taken cared of. She’s a blessing to this community and to us. Thank you for always looking out for the residents.

We recently moved to longleaf a few months ago. And the attention, care and help we received from Cassidy was the highlight of it all. She made sure every detail was perfect before and after we moved. Great big shoutout to Cassidy for being the best!!!

⭐ 1/5 The biggest disappointment at this community is the management office. While the property itself is nice, dealing with management is frustrating. Whenever an issue comes up, the staff seems more focused on quoting policies than helping residents find reasonable solutions. Instead of working with people, they often provide explanations for why something cannot be done. Communication can feel dismissive and unfriendly, making residents feel like a burden rather than valued members of the community. Our move-out experience reflected this approach as well. Rather than being treated fairly after more than two years of residency, we were met with excessive charges and little willingness to discuss our concerns. Good management can make a community great. Unfortunately, the management office here was the weakest part of our experience.
