I struggled for several years maintaining labwork and overall health after having my thyroid removed in 2011. Providers would review my lab work and look at a chart instead of listening to me share what I was feeling. I’ve had my meds changed when I was doing great because the chart said so. I have felt terribly but the labs show all numbers look good so dosage went unchanged. Kelly listened to me. She heard me. She showed empathy. She included my detail of my daily health as part of the treatment plan. I have felt amazing and my labwork has been normal for the last two years because she cared. Kelly is a medical provider that truly makes a difference and I am her lifetime patient that is incredibly grateful.
Kelly is the absolute sweetest, most thoughtful, understanding, and patient provider. She made myself and family feel incredibly comfortable in her care. We love Kelly and her staff!!!
