Seamless mental health care relies heavily on communication and collaboration between providers, and Dr. Taveras is always available, responsive, and dedicated to coordinating care for mutual patients. She is a compassionate, top-tier clinical psychologist, and we are proud to collaborate with her team.
Michelle Taveras, PsyD& Company has been and continues be at the top rate of my mental/ emotional guide to balance in my life. I been going to Michelle for 10+ year now. She has helped, soothed me during many of my life's overwhelming transitional moments. She's been there during my divorce, sibling conflict, spiritual delema and so much more. She makes you feel like a true friend that cares and wants you to thrive in life, not just survive or exist. I am a better human/ friend / sister and wife because of her guidance and care. I have been to a few other therapists. She has been the only one I can truly recommend. Currently I visit her office once or twice a year. Regardless, I keep in contact frequently.
I enjoy working with Dr. Taveras on my anxiety and trying to manage my very stressful job, chronic pain and family obligations. The receptionist is super kind when I call to schedule my virtual appointments, which are very helpful for my chaotic life. Dr. Taveras is so understanding and compassionate!!! I highly recommend her to everyone!!!
