Magnolia Grace Senior Care has been a blessing for our family. They went above and beyond in caring for my grandfather. From the moment we connected with them, I felt reassured and confident that he was in compassionate, capable hands. Every time I called to check in, my grandfather couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful his caregiver was — attentive, patient, and always treating him with dignity and kindness. The caregiver not only helped him with daily tasks, but also truly connected with him, keeping him engaged and comfortable. It was clear she wasn't just doing a job — she cared. The team at Magnolia Grace was always professional, responsive, and warm, which made a big difference for us during a challenging time. Knowing my grandfather was so well cared for brought our family peace of mind, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. I was hesitant to take the step to home care for my 94 yr old mom. I thought it would feel intrusive and awkward having someone in my home. Then I found Magnolia Grace Senior Care and all my insecurities were laid to rest. I met with Nicole, the owner and she explained how they design the care that meets your wants and needs. She brought Daphne into my mom and our lives and she became part of the family immediately. Even our anxious, skiddish German Shepherd took to her right away. My mom loves her and Daphne is not only a caregiver of my mom but she also keeps her apartment spotless and the day starts with cooked breakfast and wonderful conversation. Matching Daphne with my mom was the absolute best choice. The staff at Magnolia Grace is also A++. Danielle and Michelle are the BEST. They go above and beyond helping with Long Term Care Insurance demands. They are prompt, capable and reliable. They are always checking up on us and offering any help needed. I absolutely recommend Magnolia Grace Senior Care for anyone considering in home care for a loved one.
When the old agency my grandmother was using suddenly got bought out the transition to Magnolia Grace was seamless. Everything from understanding her basic needs she needs assistance with, to helping us with her long term health care insurance benefits. The nurses are always on time, great at communicating with my grandmother, and assist with cooking and cleaning when I am not around. If you are in the area and you or a loved one are looking for senior assistance I cannot recommend Magnolia Grace enough.
When they say concierge services that’s exactly what you get. I am forever grateful to Nicole and her team. To be honest I really thought all agencies were the same. Really vacation care - I'm able to travel with my family and know that my aunt is home in great hands! I highly recommend Magnolia Grace Senior Care.
