Dr J and staff are always helpful in all my questions and concerns. I am impressed with the intelligent s of the Dr and I love the fact that he stayed in our area because Dr J could be a doctor at any Hospital he wanted.in this county. That is my opinion and I am critical when it comes to Doctors.His bed side manner is informative and done in a great explanation to follow. some doctors chase insurance, Dr J is more about his patients which is how it should be but unfortunately it.s becoming a lost skill. I do enjoy my conversations when we do cross paths.
Outstanding care by Dr. William Jacobs MD and Debbie Jacobs Nurse Practitioner. Kind staff. Practical medical treatment .. Monday through Thursday. On Fri and Sat, clinic is open from 9-1 and staffed by wonderful caring competent Nurse Practitioners.
Just the absolute worst years ago I was overdosed on prednisone buy them and deadly allergic to it it's cause the worst PTSD for me all I did was try to call them and request that I could get my own personal medical files and they argued with me to the point that we got to an argument now I can't get it cuz I needed it for jury duty because I have PTSD so bad I can't go in a courtroom but know this wasn't good enough for anybody there at Magnolia perfect Urgent Care I do not request you go to these people they're just out for themselves and just out for the money
To start the staff up there are amazing people. they’re very caring and all have great personalities in the same age when you can’t get decent healthcare, Magnolia Urgent Care is a wonderful break from that. Dr Jacobs and his wife are extraordinary people. They make you feel comfortable right away when they take good care of you. I recommend them highly
Went in with an infected spider bite, excellent staff and care, doctor took his time and explained things to me, I am from out of country so had to pay cash, I thought the fees were very reasonable.
