Maidpro of St Johns , Clay County & Jacksonville

This was my first time booking Maidpro I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The cleaners, Athenas and Mardimar, demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for my home. My microwave was damaged and the evidence were hidden. This alone is unacceptable. At one point during the service, a third cleaner arrived unannounced and briefly pulled into my driveway without any prior notice or explanation. Given the timing, it raised concerns for me, especially considering what I later discovered. That made three individuals present who had the opportunity to be transparent about what was damaged. In addition, my personal items from my bedroom were put in my bathroom, laundry was left unfinished in both the washer and dryer despite being told it would be completed, and dirty towels were left behind. My kitchen was also rearranged without being properly cleaned before items were put back. What is especially concerning is that while I was outside, I was encouraged to leave a review before the job was actually completed. In hindsight, this felt misleading, as I later discovered multiple issues after they had already left. To be fair, the representative I spoke with did acknowledge the problems and stated that I would not be charged for the microwave damage or for correcting the unfinished laundry. However, this is where the contradiction lies—there was still an expectation that I pay for the overall service despite it being incomplete and below standard. Offering to fix issues at no charge while still expecting payment for a poor-quality job does not reflect a genuine resolution. This experience reflects a lack of consistency in both service quality and customer resolution. Accountability should extend beyond partial fixes, it should include a fair and reasonable outcome for the customer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Would strongly recommend using them for your cleaning needs as I will be using them for future cleaning needs. Making an appointment was easy, walked through what I needed and was given a price in just one telephone. Will be using them in the future for my cleaning needs. Aliciam and Mariam did a fantastic job cleaning my bathrooms and the walls, baseboards and rails leading to the upstairs. They arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame given. The product used for cleaning my glass shower made it look brand new. Tania made sure the job was completed to satisfaction before removing there cleaning supplies. Had discussion with Tania for upcoming cleaning needs and was given a estimate for future jobs.

Nicole showed up on time with a smile on her face. Great start already! She got right to work and her skills and attention to detail were exceptional. What an outstanding cleaning she did. I am very apprehensive of a stranger in my house especially to clean. I have not haf luck in the past. Ms. Nicole is welcome anytime. I highly recommend MAIDPRO cleaning services. We've been using MaidPro to clean our main St. Augustine office for years and have always had a great experience. The team is reliable and does an excellent job keeping our office clean. Lately, Yane and Sonia have been taking care of our office, and they’re wonderful! Always friendly, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to have around. We really appreciate their hard work :) highly recommend!
